The collision occurred when the driver of a Chevrolet Tahoe pulled out of the Chinatown parking lot and into the path of a southbound motorcyclist. The impact caused the motorcyclist, a woman in her 30s, to be ejected from her bike. South Salt Lake Police Department officers were dispatched to the scene and provided aid to the injured rider.
